At Alectra, we aim to create safe spaces where everyone feels welcomed. Observances provide opportunities to foster connection, deepen cultural understanding, recognize significant dates for equity deserving groups, and show support. 

Events in our Diversity Calendar are categorized into different themes (Heritage, Acknowledgement, and Celebration) as there are times we celebrate culture and share feelings of excitement, and there are times for solemn observance.
