Our efforts to keep everyone safe around electricity extends to our employees and contractors. Over the past years, we have consolidated our safety procedures, established an effective Joint Health and Safety Committee and provided a wide range of safety training initiatives for employees.
Recognizing the well-being and physical health of our employees is important. We know that healthy employees are productive, which is why we’ve built walking routes around our six locations and invested in employee wellness programs to educate them on topics such as safety, mental health, stroke awareness, nutrition, healthy eating, physical fitness and sun protection.
Our goal is to ensure that all Alectra employees go home safely at the end of everyday.
